Please read the rules completely or your request may get deleted.
Do not make any requests through PMs
Before making a request, make sure you search our showrooms, you might find the car/truck you are looking for.
Only 1 request per person, per post, per account. And do not make a request here, then make the same request at another site, your request will get deleted.
If someone picks up your request, please wait for it to get completed before making another one, this way the section does not get backed up. (this maybe subject to change, we'll see how things go first).
Post the following when making a request:
Game> NR2003 or NASCAR 09
Series> Cup / NWS / Truck
Make> Chevy / Ford / Dodge / Toyota / etc.
Number> also include style; RCR / JGR / Hendrick / Yates / etc.
Sponsors> include what you want on the hood, deck lid, sides, rear, quarter panels, etc.
Colors> state what colors, type of design (be specific), or state if you want a base like "Stewart's Office Depot"
Driver Sig> include what name you want above the door, or the artist will leave it blank.
Pictures> the more the better, but at least one is required.
If you see a car in one of our showrooms, but want a slight change, make it a request and state what you want, DO NOT PM the artist about it unless approved by one of the admins or mods.
It will be OK for guests to do requests, also OK for you to request a certain artist (they however may or maynot choose to do it).
DO NOT bash someones finished request, people are doing this on their free time for you, if you do not like how it came out, keep it to yourself.
Finally, once the request section gets to 10 active request, the section will get locked up (this is so the section does not get backed up, it will allow our artists to get caught up). Any requests posted after 10, may get deleted, please to get mad, once the section is open again, just repost it.
SITE ARTISTS > If you pick up a request, please move it to the Requests In Progress section and PM the requester. Once completed, post it in the Completed Requests section and PM the requester, and please remember to delete to request in progress post.
GUEST ARTISTS > If you pick up a request, please post a reply like "I'll take this" and then one of the site artists / mods / admins will move it to the Request In Progress section for you. Once completed, post it in the Completed Requests section and PM the requester, and let a site artist / mod / admin know to delete the original request.
UPDATE>>>>A FEW NEW RULES>>>>PLEASE READ
New rules were needed in order to keep our paint request section from backing up.
FIRST if your request is not picked up in 10 days, it will get deleted and the requester can then request it again or make a new request.
SECOND you can only make 1 request at time still (same rule as before), however if your request gets picked, please do not make another right after it gets picked up, you need to wait at least 10 days before making another one (even if it gets picked up right away), this way it will give everyone a chance for their requests to get done, and will allow all the artists to get caught up.
IF YOU HAVE A REQUEST AND NOTICE THAT IT HAS BEEN DELETED, THIS MEANS THAT OUR ARTISTS ARE NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE IT AT THIS TIME. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS PERSONALLY!!!! YOU CAN TRY TO REQUEST IT AT A LATER DATE, OR REQUEST SOMETHING ELSE. JUST REMEMBER, ONLY ONE REQUEST EVERY 10 DAYS PER PERSON FROM NOW ON.
Please understand the artists are doing this for you on their spare time as a favor, they also maybe working on their own projects.
